Subject: Important Advisory for exhibitors – IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2026

Dear Exhibitors,

We trust your preparations for IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2026 are progressing smoothly. As we approach the show dates, we would like inform you that the official show dates and timings for IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2026 have been revised from last edition. The official exhibition time is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

|
We request your careful attention to the following important guidelines:
|
- Booth must remain fully operational and open until 5:00 PM on 23rd March 2026 (Last Day of Show) without exception.
- Any exhibitor found closing the booth before 5:00 PM will be subject to action as per council guidelines, including possible discontinuation from the show and impact on future participation.
- No dismantling, packing, or material movement will be permitted before the official closing time on the final day.
- The council reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of non-compliance with any official guideline.
