With IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 just around the corner, we trust your preparations are progressing smoothly.
|
|
We are pleased to inform you that, in continuation of our standard practice, the Council has appointed the following official freight forwarding agencies to handle all logistics for this show:
|
- BVC Logistics Pvt. Ltd. – Handling International, Domestic & Local Shipments
- Sequel Logistics Pvt. Ltd. – Handling International, Domestic & Local Shipments

As highlighted in the Exhibitor Manual, please note that overnight storage or vaulting facilities will not be available at the venue. Exhibitors are strongly advised to make arrangements for safes within their booths for secure storage of valuables.
|
|
We would like to emphasize that no other freight forwarding agencies will be allowed entry into the exhibition venues. If any exhibitor is found engaging with unauthorized logistics providers, strict disciplinary action will be initiated, which may include immediate booth closure and/or disqualification from future events organized by the Council.
