We hope your preparations for IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 scheduled from 21st to 23rd March 2026 at BIEC Bangalore International Exhibition Centre is in full swing.
|
|
This is with reference to the stall branding in your booth at IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026. GJEPC has nominated the below-mentioned agencies for the printing & pasting of panel posters for your convenience. Hence, if any exhibitor is interested in printing poster/s in their booths, he/she may kindly arrange to send the final artwork as per the specifications mentioned below to any of the below agencies

The deadline to send the artwork is 10th March 2026. Please note that no order will be accepted by the vendor, post the deadline of 10th March 2026.
|
|
However, it is to be noted that Exhibitors have the option to hire their own agency also for the printing & pasting of panel branding. The vendor will have to be accompanied by the respective exhibitor company holding the exhibitor badge and wristband (Only 2 wrist bands will be issued) will be provided by the Council to the Vendor for his entry.

(Exhibitors are requested to forward the artwork as per the above-mentioned size ONLY. No re-sizing of the artwork would be done by the agency. Also, once the artwork is submitted, no further approval over the same shall be taken).

Note: Attached are the artwork sizes for reference, along with examples. Exhibitor needs to send the details of which poster need to be pasted on which panel location. The same to be marked on the stall layout and separately sent to the agency.
|
|
Kindly ensure that there are no obscene pictures or any matter which may lead to public offence. In case the Exhibitor fails to provide the artwork within the stipulated deadline, then organizers/agency will not be liable to print and paste the exhibitor’s branding and they will have to produce the same by themselves.
|
|
