Dear IIJS Bharat- Tritiya 2026 Exhibitor
Greetings!
IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 is pleased to invite you to participate in the “Jewellery Crafts Design Competition”, presented under this year’s Brilliant Bharat  – “Festivals of India” theme, the competition aims to spotlight the many festivals celebrated across the country that are an integral part of our heritage and ethos, and inspire jewellery traditions and craftsmanship, shaping a cultural and commercial tapestry.
The competition allows IIJS Bharat - Tritiya participants to design/submit their jewellery from any of the festivals of India – it could be Holi, Makar Sankranti, Diwali, Christmas, Eid, Onam, Gudi Padva, Ganesh Chaturthi, or any other.
For instance, Modern interpretations of jewellery traditionally worn during India’s key festivals could be: Temple jewellery, kasu malas and vaddanams worn during Pongal and Mullamottu malas for Onam; Maharashtrian naths, Bengali shakha-pola bangles, Punjabi jhumkas, Assamese gamkharu and jonbiri pendants, and lightweight festive gold for Makar Sankranti—celebrating how adornment expresses devotion, regional identity and cultural storytelling through inspired contemporary craftsmanship.
The choice is yours to make! It’s an opportunity to bring your standout Jewellery piece that carries your brand’s signature touch—traditional or contemporary.
As an IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 exhibitor, this competition allows your creation and artistry to be seen and appreciated more widely among your peers.
