Greetings from GJEPC!
We are delighted to share that following our space application circular sent on April 25, 2024, for the IIJS Shows for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26 & space application circular for single show sent on 29th December 2025 for IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2026, we have received an overwhelming response from our esteemed members. Over 1400 companies have applied for more than 2200 booths at “IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 – Bengaluru”. We sincerely thank all our members for their continued trust in the brand “IIJS Bharat” and for their ongoing support to the Council.
Brilliant Bharat: Introducing the 6th theme for IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026
We are proud to unveil the theme for IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 – “Festivals of India”
IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 is pleased to invite you to participate in the Jewellery Crafts Design Competition, presented under this year’s Brilliant Bharat – “Festivals of India” theme, the competition aims to spotlight the many festivals celebrated across the country that are an integral part of our heritage and ethos, and inspire jewellery traditions and craftsmanship, shaping a cultural and commercial tapestry.
The competition allows IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2026 participants to design their jewellery from any of the festivals of India – it could be Holi, Makar Sankranti, Diwali, Christmas, Eid, Onam, Gudi Padwa, Ganesh Chaturthi, or any other.
As an IIJS Bharat - Tritiya 2026 exhibitor, this competition allows your creation and artistry to be seen and appreciated more widely among your peers.
For added mileage, the shortlisted pieces will be showcased at the Brilliant Bharat Gallery at the Display Gallery in BIEC.

Allotment will be undertaken section-wise, starting from larger to smaller booths, and through a lottery system wherever required. No modifications in booth size or location will be accepted after submission of the online application and before allotment.
Chronological order for Booth allotment for Jewellery, Loose Stones, Labs. & Education & “The Select Club” will be as follows:
First Preference: Companies who have retained the same area and same location as the previous year (IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2025) will be auto-allotted; hence, representatives of such companies are not required to be present for the allotment.
Second Preference: To properly align the floor plan, a few companies have been relocated (refer Annexure 1 in the booth allotment schedule circular). These companies will receive second preference in booth allotment.
Third Preference: Companies who have applied for the same area but a different location will receive third preference in the booth allotment, as per applications received.
Fourth Preference: Companies who have applied for more area than the previous year will receive fourth preference in the booth allotment, as per applications received.
Fifth Preference: Companies who have applied for less area than the previous year will receive fifth preference in the booth allotment, as per applications received.
Sixth Preference: New applicants under IIJS Prime Assure (6 shows) will receive sixth preference in the booth allotment and will be considered as per general category preference (Ordinary, MSME & Associate) and applications received.
Seventh Preference: New applicants under IIJS Prime (3 shows) will receive seventh preference in the booth allotment and will be considered as per general category preference (Ordinary, MSME & Associate) and applications received.
Eighth Preference: New applicants who have applied for a single show will be allotted booths based on availability.
Chronological order for Booth allotment for IGJME Bharat - Tritiya 2026 will be as follows:
First Preference: Companies that have retained the same area and the same location as the previous year (IGJME Bharat – Tritiya 2025) will be auto-allotted. Representatives of such companies are not required to be present for the allotment.
Second Preference: To properly align the floor plan, certain companies have been relocated (refer Annexure 1 in the booth allotment schedule circular). These companies will receive second preference in booth allotment – GJEPC Members.
Third Preference: To properly align the floor plan, certain companies have been relocated (refer Annexure 1 in the booth allotment schedule circular). These companies will receive third preference in booth allotment – GJEPC Non-Members.
Fourth Preference: Companies that have applied for more area than the previous year will receive fourth preference in booth allotment, as per applications received – GJEPC Members.
Fifth Preference: Companies that have applied for more area than the previous year will receive fifth preference in booth allotment, as per applications received – GJEPC Non-Members.
Sixth Preference: Companies that have applied for less area than the previous year will receive sixth preference in booth allotment – GJEPC Members.
Seventh Preference: Companies that have applied for less area than the previous year will receive seventh preference in booth allotment – GJEPC Non-Members.
Eighth Preference: New participants who have applied for IIJS Prime (3 Shows)GJEPC Members.
Ninth Preference: New participants who have applied for IIJS Prime (3 Shows)GJEPC Non-Members.
Tenth Preference: New participants who have applied for a Single ShowGJEPC Members.

Important Instructions for Exhibitors/Applicants Regarding Booth Allotment:
To ensure a smooth and efficient booth allotment process, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines. Your cooperation in adhering to the set timelines is crucial for the successful completion of the allotment as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this procedure seamless.
Entry and Documentation for Decision Makers : Please carry a copy of the booth allotment schedule, your company ID card, and any government-issued photo ID for smooth entry into the BDB complex. Entry through Gate no. 4 / Gate no. 8 is recommended. Parking is unavailable at BDB, however Pay & Park facilities are accessible behind Capital building, Jio Garden, and near Hotel Trident (8-10 minutes from BDB, subject to availability). We recommend arriving before the allotment time to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
Restrictions on Internal Discussions during Booth Selection: Only the designated decision-maker, authorized to select the booth, will be permitted for allotment.
Time Allotment for Booth Selection: A strict time limit of 2 minutes will be allocated for booth selection. Failure to select a booth within the stipulated time will result in auto-allotment by the GJEPC Secretariat.
Adherence to Timeline: All exhibitors are requested to strictly adhere to the mentioned timeline to facilitate an organized booth allotment process.
Premium Charges: Premium charges, as per the selected booth and as indicated in the floor plan (e.g., corner charges), will be applicable.
Stall Number: To properly align stall numbering, certain stall numbers have been revised. Companies that have retained their stalls are requested to check the attached floor plan for updated stall numbers, if any.
Note:
  1. Expansion requests are subject to availability and lottery outcomes where applicable.
  2. New Applicants: All new applicants who had applied for the IIJS Prime Assure package (2024–2026) during the previous edition but were not allotted space at IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2025 will be eligible for IIJS Prime Assure Stall preference, over other new applicants, subject to availability.
  3. If a participant is absent or arrives late during their allotted time, and their company name is drawn during the lottery, GJEPC reserves the right to randomly allot the booth without any preference. No changes or further requests in this regard will be entertained. We request all the members to be present in Mumbai for ease of allotment. However, if any member is unable to be present at the Booth allotment venue in Mumbai, then you can contact your respective regional office of the Council.
Important Notes
  • Applicants with any outstanding payments or dues with GJEPC on the date of allotment will be disqualified automatically.
  • Booth allotment will be based on membership status as on 30th April 2025 and valid online applications with 50% advance payment received.
  • Members are requested to remain present in Mumbai during the allotment process. Those unable to attend may contact their respective GJEPC Regional Office.
Important Notice:
If your company name is not reflected in the allotment schedule or on the floorplan — despite submitting the Online Space Application Form — or for any other queries, please reach out to the GJEPC Office promptly. Kindly ensure that you contact us on or before 7th February 2026, by 6:00 PM at www.gjepc.org/helpdesk. Any concerns or discrepancies raised after this deadline will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for booth cancellations will not be accepted during the ongoing allotment on 10th February 2026. Companies wishing to withdraw must send a written notice in advance to www.gjepc.org/helpdesk on or before 7th February 2026, 6:00 PM. Please note that cancellation charges, as per the cancellation policy, will apply.
