- Council holds the right to postpone/cancel the event under unavoidable circumstances.
- Participats shall be bound by the conditions, rules & regulation set forth in this agreement.
- No exhibitor can transfer his apace to any other firm or person
- Half payment in advance at the time of booking
- Participants are liable to pay Insurance / Govt. taxes / Service tax etc.
- GJTCI reserves all rights to allocate stalls & all decisions to such effect shall be final
- Extra requirements shall be provided by charging extra amount
- 50 % amount refundable on cancellation of booking 1 month prior to exhibition date
- Council shall be the final authority in any issue
- Last date for the registration will be June 15, 2006
- Exhibitors are responsible for the Safety of its property at all the times
- Strongroom charges, If provided, Shall be charged extra
- Any dipute between the parties under this agreement hereby shall come under the Jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
