Eligibility

Mega Lucky Draw is open exclusively to Gem & Jewellery trade buyers who meet the following criteria:

  • The participant must hold a Paid Visitor registration for IIJS Bharat – Tritiya 2026, Bengaluru.
  • The visitor must personally attend the show at the venue.
  • Participation is permitted only through the official Lucky Draw Passport process.

Only paid visitors who fulfil the below participation process and submit the valid passport within specified timeline will be eligible for the draw.

How to Participate

The Mega Lucky Draw - Passport & Stamping Process

To participate in the Mega Lucky Draw, eligible Paid Visitors must collect a physical Lucky Draw Passport from the designated Collection Centre at the venue during the official exhibition hours.

Each passport contains designated spaces where visitors must get their passports stamped from exhibitors across the exhibition halls.

To qualify for the draw, a completed passport must contain a minimum of 20 unique exhibitor stamps, distributed as follows:

Participants must ensure the following:

  • Stamps must be placed in the corresponding numbered boxes within the passport.
  • Each stamp must be the official, unique and non-reproducible stamp of the respective exhibitor.
  • Only one passport will be issued per individual visitor.

Participants are advised to keep their passport safe. The Council shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or non-submission of the passport.

Passport Submission & Deadlines

Once all required stamps have been collected, the completed passport must be submitted at the Lucky Draw Validation Desk located in Hall 3.

Submission Window

  • Opens: 22 March 2026 — 3:00 PM - 07:00 PM
  • Closes: 23 March 2026 — 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Passports submitted after 12:00 PM on 23 March 2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Participants are encouraged to submit their completed passports well before the deadline to ensure successful validation.

Grand Lucky Draw Event

The Mega Lucky Draw will be conducted live on 23 March 2026 at 2:00 PM at the exhibition venue (exact location to be announced).

All validated entries will be included in the draw, and winners will be announced during the live event.

The prize shall be awarded to the winner, subject to submission of required statutory documents including PAN and other KYC details required for tax and regulatory compliance.

Who cannot participate?

  • Exhibitors, their staff, or partners, Students, IIJS Organisers (GJEPC and its affiliates) employees and their immediate family members, Contracted service providers or event agency staff, Complimentary Badge Holders (e.g., Media, Hosted Guests, etc).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in this draw is purely voluntary and forms part of a promotional engagement activity conducted during the exhibition.

The organiser (GJEPC) is only responsible for providing the ex-showroom price of the specific vehicle won.

TAXATION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

  • The prize constitutes winnings from a promotional contest and shall be subject to taxation under the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
  • As per Section 194B of the Income-tax Act, 1961, tax shall be applicable on winnings from such contests at the prescribed rate (currently 30% plus applicable surcharge and cess).
  • The applicable tax amount must be deposited prior to delivery of the prize in accordance with applicable law.

The winner is solely responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle Registration Fees (RTO).
  • Road Tax.
  • Insurance.
  • Any Statutory Taxes
  • Logistics/Transportation from the dealership.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Passports with missing, duplicate, forged, or altered stamps will be disqualified.
  • GJEPC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any winning passport and the winner's eligibility.
  • By participating, you consent to GJEPC using your name, photo, and likeness for marketing and publicity purposes.
  • All decisions made by the GJEPC in relation to the Draw are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • GJEPC is not liable for any technical failures, passport losses, or printing errors.
  • GJEPC shall not be responsible for any warranty, servicing, or manufacturing defects in the vehicle. Such matters shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions of the respective vehicle manufacturer and authorized dealer.
  • GJEPC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Draw due to events outside their reasonable control including force majeure events.
  • This draw is conducted as a promotional activity and does not constitute a lottery scheme under applicable law.
  • The winner must complete verification and claim the prize within 15 days from the date of announcement/notification, failing which the organiser reserves the right to cancel the prize.
  • Prize delivery is subject to completion of statutory formalities and payment of applicable taxes by the winner.
  • The winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the acceptance, use, or ownership of the prize.
  • This Draw is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
